The charity is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, strategic advice and constructive challenge across the organisation, with a particular focus on fundraising and income generation. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will partner with teams across the charity, including Individual Giving, Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships, Community and Events, and Marketing and Communications. You will help budget holders make informed decisions, improve financial performance and maximise the impact of the charity''s resources. Key responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for designated teams, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations. Deliver accurate management accounts, financial reporting and variance analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.
