Ideal for a pharmacist with 2 years experience looking to progress within primary care.Role OverviewDeliver Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs) and medicines optimisation.Support repeat prescriptions, medication safety, and patient consultations.Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the MDT to improve patient outcomes.Contribute to audits, formulary adherence, MHRA alerts, and antimicrobial stewardship.Emis based surgery if you have SystmOne, happy to provide training on Emis.
