The HR Officer will act as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, maintain HR systems and documentation, and support across 3 sites (UK, Spain and Israel).Provide first-line support for day-to-day HR queries, including employee benefits, policies, and procedures. Maintain and update the HR system (employee records, starters, leavers, changes). Prepare and issue HR documentation including maternity/paternity letters , reference, Visa letters and resignation acknowledgements. Conduct reference checks for new hires. Manage and maintain the HR SharePoint site. Update and maintain organisational charts. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Ensure right-to-work checks and pre-employment compliance are completed
