About the Role:You''ll be an essential part of a close-knit, high-performing team where your skills will be valued and developed.During the probation period, the role is fully office-based to ensure you receive the best support, training and integration into our team.After successfully completing probation, you can choose between a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) or staying fully office-based - whichever suits you best- along with flexible start and finish times, giving you greater control over your working day. What You''ll Do: Prepare and manage invoices, VAT returns, payroll and bookkeeping duties Produce trial balances, monthly management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecasts Carry out credit control, prepare payment runs, costings and pricing Prepare and submit year-end accounts and self-assessment tax returns Help configure and improve financial processes and procedures Collaborate on a range of financial operations within the accounts department Take on additional ad-hoc tasks as needed - no two days are the same!
