We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee on an immediate start.

This is a 2-month contract focused on the final stages of the project, so we''re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing finishing trades. A strong M&E background is essential, as you''ll be overseeing the completion and coordination of mechanical and electrical works alongside the finishing programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the finishing phase of a live student accommodation project.

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and finishing trades.

• Ensure M&E works are completed to programme and specification.

• Drive quality, snagging, and handover processes.

• Maintain health & safety standards on site.

• Liaise with the project team to ensure works are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on finishing projects.

• Strong M&E knowledge and experience.

• Experience working on student accommodation, residential, or similar schemes.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

• Available to start ASAP.
