You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing a professional and positive employee experience while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based and remote working from the Hemel Hempstead office.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration and Employee Lifecycle ManagementCoordinate onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes.Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.Support induction and new starter activities.Ensure all HR administration is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.Employee Relations SupportProvide administrative support for employee relations cases.Take accurate notes during meetings and maintain confidential records.Support HR colleagues and managers throughout ER processes.HR Systems and Data ManagementMaintain accurate employee records across HR systems.Process employee changes including promotions, transfers, and leavers.Support HR reporting, audits, and GDPR compliance activities.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.HR Advisory and Employee ..... full job details .....
