Primary Tutor - RG21 Area

Support Young Learners Through Personalised Education

We''re looking for a Primary Tutor to support children in the RG21 area through tailored 1:1 tuition.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll provide personalised support to primary-aged learners who require alternative educational provision. Many of the children we support benefit from a patient, nurturing approach that helps build confidence, develop core skills, and encourage positive engagement with learning.

This is a rewarding opportunity for educators who enjoy making a direct impact on a child''s educational journey through individualised support.

Location: RG21 Area

Key Stage: Primary (KS1 & KS2)

Hours: Flexible

Pay Rate: -2530 per hour

Type: 1:1 Tuition

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months'' experience delivering tuition or teaching within an educational setting
• Experience supporting primary-aged learners
• Good understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• QTS preferred but not essential
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons
• Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally within the RG21 area
