This role is perfect for you if you love customer service as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.In this role you will be working on a protected book of commercial clients. As a Senior Account Handler you will provide support to colleagues along with the Team Leader and provide training to the team where required.What are we looking for in our Senior Account Handlers?You will need a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in the Insurance Industry as an account handler (or similar role)Time management skills with the ability to work independentlyExperience of cross selling and upselling productsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of motor and home insuranceAbility to develop and maintain client relationshipsNext, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spiritHave a willingness to learn and be curious.
