Corporate Finance Director Location: North West / Hybrid Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + benefits Level: Director About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance Director to join a growing and ambitious advisory business with a strong focus on MandA and corporate finance. This is more than a traditional transaction execution role. Alongside leading and delivering MandA assignments, you will play a key role in developing new business, building relationships with business owners and professional advisers, and converting opportunities into successful client mandates and completed transactions. Working closely with the Partners, you will take ownership of client relationships and play an important role in developing the firm''s corporate finance offering and future growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage MandA and corporate finance transactions from origination through to completion. Act as a senior day-to-day contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. Manage transaction timetables and coordinate professional advisers to ensure projects remain on track.
