Admin Support Officer Location: Derry/Londonderry Duration: Temporary, 2 months Salary: £13.26 p/hr Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Support Officer to join a busy housing office in Derry/Londonderry on a temporary basis for two months. This is a varied administrative role providing essential support to the office team, including reception cover, document management and general office duties. You will be a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and visitors attending appointments with Housing Officers and Asset Officers. Key Responsibilities Providing reception cover and welcoming tenants, contractors and visitors to the office. Supporting Housing Officers and Asset Officers with day-to-day administrative tasks. Managing electronic work folders and accessing information through the Housing Executive''s housing management system. Using Microsoft Office applications to prepare, update and manage documents and information. Preparing and issuing letters, including printing, franking and posting correspondence. Printing and preparing tenant sign-up packs and other relevant documentation. Maintaining organised office records and ensuring information is handled accurately. Providing general administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of a busy housing office.
