Role Responsibilities:

• Support lessons across a range of subjects at KS3-KS5
• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to raise attainment
• Provide tailored support for students with SEND and EAL needs
• Help prepare resources and contribute to a positive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Degree-level education or strong academic background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Previous school or youth work experience is desirable
