Role Overview: As the founding GM, you''ll be the heartbeat of the club. From day one, you''ll take ownership of: Sales and Growth - driving new memberships and hitting pre-launch and post-launch targets. Community Building - building strong relationships with members, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading from the front on the gym floor.
