The Employee Benefits DivisionEmployee Benefits (EB) is one of the core areas identified for accelerated growth within the organisation. The division is being actively supported to develop new propositions, leverage advanced analytics, and adopt a technology-first approach to improve engagement and deliver measurable value to clients and their employees.

The RoleAs Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the development and delivery of a portfolio of innovative products and services across the EB platform.

Reporting jointly into the Commercial Director for Employee Benefits alongside the Technology C-suite, you will bring a technology and data first approach to defining the product roadmaps and ensuring successful execution.

Key milestones include:

Developing next-generation flexible benefits solutions on the group’s platform

Introducing new risk, healthcare, wellbeing and financial literacy initiatives

Simplifying and enhancing the participant experience across multiple benefit types

Leveraging data insights from provider relationships, claims and user behaviours to inform product design and decision-making

This is a senior role blending product management expertise, technical product ownership and cross-functional coordination. You will operate in an agile, entrepreneurial environment where innovation is encouraged and rapid delivery is achievable.

What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within employee benefits, HR technology, or a related field

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate strategy into execution

Curiosity and comfort working with emerging technology and data-driven product innovation

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

A track record of delivering successful products from concept to market within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
