This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the testing of vehicle and suspension systems as part of a structured product development process, within a supportive and safety-conscious environment.Location: Wellingborough Shift: Monday-Thursday: 08:00-16:30, Friday: 08:00-13:30 Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum (depending on experience)Duties:Maintain a clean, organised, and safe test facility and workshopPrepare, position and maintain test rigs, fixtures, and vehicle conversionsSupport Engineers with the development of test rigs, bracketry, safety guards, and toolingPerform mechanical fitting, welding, pneumatic/hydraulic work, and basic vehicle electricsControl and store test samples and related inventoryAid in defining experiments and developing risk assessmentsSupport test execution and assist with documenting test resultsMonitor tests to ensure smooth running and quickly identify failuresThe ideal candidate must:Have a qualification in mechanical engineering or another relevant engineering disciplineHave experience in a workshop or general engineering environmentBe confident with mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and basic MS Office useBe organised, self-re
