We are seeking a skilled contract Windows Engineer to join a client s infrastructure engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in building, hardening, and automating Windows environments to enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities Produce vanilla Windows builds and apply hardening/security baselines to meet compliance and security standards. Partner with senior engineers to automate build pipelines and design repeatable Day-2 operations patterns. Collaborate with VMware vRealize Orchestrator (vRO) developers to orchestrate provisioning workflows and streamline server deployments. Support onboarding of applications into a secure, standardised Windows platform. Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring automation patterns are efficient, scalable, and platform-agnostic.
