KeyResponsibilitiesCreatea Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrangerooms to encourage children''s growth andlearning.Lead Educational Activities: Plan anddeliver activities that support children''s physical, emotional,intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early YearsFoundation Stage (EYFS).Key Person Role:Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong familyconnections.Required Qualifications:What We’re LookingForLevel 3 (or above)qualification in Early Years Education.Provenexperience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interestin early childhood educationSkills: Goodcommunication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and theability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliveractivities.At Busy Bees, we’recommitted to care, quality, value, and service.
