About the Role:

• Lead a Key Stage 1 classroom with imagination and compassion
• Develop and implement engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
• Help students develop essential skills in reading, math, and social interaction
• Foster a positive, organised, and supportive atmosphere for learning
• Monitor student progress and use insights to tailor your teaching approach
• Establish meaningful connections with students, staff, and families
• Participate actively in extracurricular programs and collaborative school initiatives

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) is required
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 or relevant practical experience for Early Career Teachers
• A caring, thoughtful, and passionate approach to early childhood education
• Thorough knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and proven teaching methods
• Excellent skills in managing the classroom and communicating effectively
• Current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
