The successful candidate will work within the payroll technology function, supporting high-priority business change and ongoing development across the payroll service. This is not a project-only or reporting/dashboard role; you will be involved in the technical development, integration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Payroll. The role will involve developing and supporting changes within the payroll environment, with particular focus on payroll processing, pay awards, retrospective payroll calculations and associated technical development.
