Role Overview

• Position: Year 4 Teacher
  * Location: Billericay
  * Start Date: After Easter
  * Contract: Fixed-term contract until July
  * Pay: M3 - M4 (More experienced teachers may be considered)
  * Full teaching responsibilities included (planning, marking, assessments, parents'' evenings, staff meetings and reports)

The Ideal Candidate

The school is seeking a teacher who:

• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 teacher experience desirable)
• Is confident managing full classroom responsibilities
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Maintains high expectations while creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)This role would suit either an experienced teacher looking for a flexible working pattern or a confident ECT ready to take on class responsibility within a supportive structure.
