The business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, including new-build, refurbishment, restoration, education, commercial, and specialist schemes, ranging from smaller refurbishment works through to complex multi-million-pound developments. Their capabilities span both design and build and high-quality refurbishment, with typical project values between £1 million and £4 million.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Contracts Manager or a Project Manager ready to step up into a more senior leadership role. The client is looking to interview in February or March, with an anticipated start date in May / June.As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for multiple live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, and to the high standards expected by clients and key stakeholders. This is a pivotal leadership role that spans the full project lifecycle-from early pre-construction involvement through to final handover. You will work closely with commercial teams, support project delivery staff, and maintain operational excellence acros
