This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RF professional to take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced wireless communication systems, including Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and gERRCS technologies.In this role, you''ll play a vital part in shaping and delivering reliable, high-performance wireless infrastructure. You''ll work closely with engineering, commissioning, and project teams to ensure every system meets top-tier industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRF System Design and ManagementDesign, develop, and optimize RF systems for LMR and gERRCS, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Use GRID Mapping survey data to validate and update system designs and Bills of Materials (BOM).Generate pre-installation RF coverage plots and lead design reviews.Conduct peer and QA reviews to maintain quality and prevent over-engineering.Project and Documentation ManagementProvide hands-on technical support across project teams.Maintain up-to-date project documentation, BOM links, and device counts within the gLMR Global Site Tracker.Oversee system commissioning, working with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues pre-handover.Produce Device Enrollment documentation in line with gLMR System Commissioning
