I''m currently supporting a client with an HR opportunity on a fixed term contract and would be keen to connect with experienced HR professionals who have a strong background in organisational change.Location: East SussexSalary: £65,000 - £70,000Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term ContractThis role will suit someone comfortable operating across both strategic and operational HR activity, particularly within periods of organisational change.Experience sought:• Experience leading organisational change or restructuring initiatives• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and applying best practice• Ability to manage and support strategic and operational change activities• Comfortable delivering hands-on HR project work from planning through to implementation• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
