• Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers, prioritising workload and allocating resources effectively
• Manage breakdowns, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance across a wide range of equipment
• Ensure optimal performance of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, cranes, and associated systems
• Oversee maintenance stores, including spare parts availability and stock control
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults
• Escalate critical issues where necessary to maintain operational performance
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and development of engineering staff
• Collaborate with operational managers to ensure smooth flow of goods through the warehouse
• Champion health & safety standards and safe systems of work across the site
