Location: Quarry Road, Wenvoe, Cardiff, CF56AA

Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 13.17 per day

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of facilities.
• Construct, repair, and install fencing as required.
• Replace and repair doors and related hardware.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on the job.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in carpentry and maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a work van.
