Senior Business Development Manager | London (Hybrid)We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a fast-moving insights and consultancy team.This is a predominantly new business role. You’ll be building and growing relationships with new and key clients, managing a healthy pipeline, and delivering on a personal sales target of £360k through a mix of new business, renewals and upsells.What you’ll be doing:Managing and renewing existing client contracts – aiming for 90%+ retention.Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new logos.Leading on proposals, pitches, and commercial conversations.Running product demos and helping clients see real value.Getting out there – attending events, networking, and building your profile in the market.What we’re after:A confident relationship builder who knows how to win (and keep) business.Solid understanding of the sales process and CRM systems.Someone who can explain complex solutions clearly and simply.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working at pace.Fancy a new challenge?
