You''ll join a supportive team delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across EAL and City and Guilds Electrical Installation courses, combining practical workshop sessions with classroom-based theory.This is a permanent role with a start date of 5 October 2026.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, delivering and assessing practical workshop sessions and theoretical lessons across Electrical Installation courses.Conducting academic progress reviews, student inductions and tutoring to support learner retention and achievement.Maintaining high standards of health and safety and workshop organisation.Developing schemes of work, lesson plans and digital learning resources.Participating in open evenings, applicant interviews and recruitment events to guide prospective students.What We''re Looking ForEssential:Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalentGCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or equivalentProven hands-on industry experience in electrical installationDesirable (but not essential):Teaching, training or ..... full job details .....
