Speech & language-Therapy Support Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Language & Therapy Support Assistants to support children and young people with communication difficulties, additional needs and emotional or behavioural challenges in school settings.

We welcome experienced candidates and recent graduates with a strong interest in Psychology, Speech and Language, Counselling, Therapy or Education.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience supporting children or young people in schools, SEN settings, therapy, counselling or care environments.
- A background or qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Speech and Language Therapy, Education or a related field.
- Experience supporting communication, emotional regulation, social skills or behavioural development.
- Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for helping children develop their confidence and independence.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with relevant degrees and a strong interest in pursuing a career supporting children''s communication, emotional wellbeing and development.

Candidates must be caring, professional and enthusiastic about delivering individualised support and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and communication.
