As a Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in managing leaseholder applications, legal enquiries, management packs, and LPE1 responses across a diverse residential portfolio. Acting as a central point of contact for leaseholders, solicitors, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure legal matters are progressed efficiently and in line with service level expectations. Key responsibilities include: Leaseholder Consents Manage applications for licences to alter, licences to assign, subletting consents, and pet consents.
