Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a well-established organisation delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors with strong contractor-side experience and a proven background working with NEC contracts.

These are long-term opportunities for commercially minded Quantity Surveyors who are looking to take ownership of significant projects and work within a strong commercial team.

We have Senior QS positions available in:

• Peterborough
• Woking
• Dublin
• Weybridge
• Essex

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor or contractor-side consultancy environment
• Demonstrable experience working with NEC contracts
• Experience within infrastructure, highways, civil engineering or major construction projects
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing costs, forecasting, valuations, change and final accounts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A stable employment history and an interest in a long-term career opportunity
• Full unrestricted right to work in the UK without sponsorship, now or in the future

These roles require three days per week on site, so candidates must be based locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of the relevant project.
