With a pipeline of new, high-specification sites due to commence, we are looking for an experienced SQS to join our commercial team. This is a key role with significant autonomy and a clear progression path. What You''ll Be Doing You will manage all commercial aspects of your assigned projects from the earliest stages through to final accounts. Pre-Construction: Assist in feasibility studies, compile detailed budgets, and prepare comprehensive tender and sub-contract documents, including trade-specific specifications.
