We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly, family-run business based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work, with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role
This is a varied warehouse position with a strong focus on Goods In, ensuring deliveries are received, checked and stored accurately. You''ll also support other warehouse functions including order picking and packing.


Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking in deliveries.-
• Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and quality.-
• Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.-
• Picking customer orders accurately & packing ready for dispatch.-

• Previous warehouse experience, particularly within a Goods In role, would be advantageous.-
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.-
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.-
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.-
