Due to continued growth, we''re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with Supermarket / Retail experience to join our team. The Role You''ll take ownership of retail and commercial fit-out projects from initial scoping through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, commercial teams, procurement, designers, and site teams, you''ll manage every stage of the project lifecycle while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinate programmes, surveys, drawings, and site teams. Monitor budgets, variations, and project profitability. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM and Health and Safety requirements. Lead subcontractors and internal teams to deliver successful projects. Build strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates. Manage snagging, handover documentation, and project close-out.
