Account Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join a leading IT Services business as they continue to grow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and building positive relationships to drive sales and promote their services. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Develop a deep understanding of the needs of potential and existing clients to tailor solutions effectively. Seek to build positive relationships with leads to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships. Actively promote our clients services and solutions, spreading awareness of its offerings through various channels. Engage regularly with prospects and clients to address concerns, provide value, maintain and build trust. Educate and support their clients with information and assistance related to products/services. Continuously improve through feedback from clients and internal teams. Work closely with the BDRs and Marketing team to meet and exceed agreed targets.
