What a Typical Day Looks Like 08:15 - Preparation and Prep: Arriving early to familiarise yourself with the curriculum, organise resources, and set the tone for the morning.08:45 - Form Time: Leading a tutor group, conducting "check-ins," and preparing students for the day ahead.09:15 - Teaching Periods: Delivering 5-6 high-impact lessons. You will use your subject expertise to bypass the "fear of failure" and keep students engaged.Break and Lunch - Marking and Planning: Using your downtime for essential admin and preparing for the afternoon sessions.15:30 - Beyond the Bell: Daily Supply: Your day typically ends here with a quick debrief and handover.
