Multi Trade Operative - Warminster & Shaftesbury

Location: Warminster, Shaftesbury & surrounding areas.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Type: Temporary ongoing, with potential for temp-to-perm

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs within social housing properties across the Warminster and surrounding areas.

• Joinery and carpentry repairs
• Plumbing repairs and replacements
• General property maintenance
• Patch plastering and basic flooring
• Responsive repairs in tenanted properties
• Managing your own daily workload
• Providing good customer service to residents

• Previous Multi Trade experience
• Joinery and plumbing experience essential
• Social housing/responsive repairs experience
• Relevant trade qualification preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Height training
• DBS check required

• Ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm
• Weekly pay
• Company van and fuel provided
• Tools provided
• Monday-Friday working
• Potential for additional call-out work
