Job Title: Work Based Learning Manager Salary: 51,000 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Full year Permanent Location: Cambridge About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Work Based Learning Manager to lead, grow and assure high-quality apprenticeship and work-based learning provision within our Construction and Motor Vehicle curriculum area. The Work Based Learning Manager will be reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the strategic development, quality, performance and day-to-day delivery of all work-based learning programmes. You will lead a team of assessors, drive employer engagement, ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements, and deliver strong learner outcomes. Work Based Learning Manager - Key Responsibilities Business Development and Employer Engagement Grow apprenticeship and work-based learning provision through effective employer engagement Respond to employer needs across apprenticeships and full-cost provision Promote apprenticeships through careers events, schools and external partners. Curriculum and Quality Design and manage high-quality work-based curricula aligned to employer, awarding body and contractual requirements Lead quality assurance, internal verification and awarding organisation compliance Monitor performance, success rates, retention and timely achievement Contribute to Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plans Learner Performance Oversee recruitment, induction, p
