Applicants will be able to demonstrate key skills of recruiting for, and assisting with the needs of, a large diverse contract workforce - as well as being able to demonstrate strong client interface skills and customer support experience. Key duties will be. Advertising for new workers Attending external recruitment days Collating applicant responses and assessing applicants suitability. Interviewing, face-to-face, with prospective candidates Arranging and conducting on-site tests for prospective candidates Facilitating any offer of work for the candidate. Onboarding of candidates, induction process, and paperwork. Liaising with client departments. Meeting with clients. Assisting the client. on-site, as and when required. Liaising with existing workforce, dealing and assisting with queries relating to pay, holidays etc. Administrative skills and record keeping, producing reports and data as and when required. Computer and IT skills.
