Quality Compliance and Digital Lead
Cityworx are recruiting a Quality Compliance and Digital Lead who will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of digital care and clinical systems, strengthening quality governance frameworks, and ensuring full compliance with CQC and statutory requirements. This position combines expertise in digital transformation with deep understanding of quality assurance, safeguarding, and risk management within health and social care. The post-holder will support the Governance and Safeguarding Lead while also independently driving digital innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation and Systems Implementation Lead the planning, rollout, and optimisation of digital records systems, including electronic care planning, clinical notes, incident reporting, and audit tools. Collaborate with system vendors to configure, test, and embed platforms across all services. Develop digital workflows and processes ensuring usability, accuracy, and compliance. Train and support managers and frontline staff in the adoption of digital tools. Monitor data quality, reporting outputs, and digital performance indicators. Quality and Compliance Oversee quality assurance frameworks, audits, and inspection readiness activities. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, standards, statutory guidance, and organisational policies. Analyse quality performance data to identify themes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
