Closing: Friday 9 th October Project Manager/ Business Analyst Band 7 Combination of a Business Analyst role and Project Manager role James House, Belfast Temporary Cover £24.45 per hour 37.5 hours per week Main Purpose To engage, negotiate, influence and gain consensus with a wide range of stakeholder to identify, document, articulate and prioritise Service requirements, new workflows, process models, reports, data sets and interfaces across complex clinical and non-clinical areas and interdependent programmes of work. The Project Manager will take responsibility for the management and delivery of small to medium-sized ICT projects across HSCNI. They will deliver ICT projects to time and budget in line with approved standards. The Project Manager will work with key stakeholders for each project delivered. They will facilitate transformation and change in relevant service areas. Main Roles and Responsibilities Service Delivery Provide specialist advice, create strategies, options and a recommendation on strategies for the analysis and documentation of highly complex clinical and administrative workflows, information, data collection and/or reporting requirements.
