Duties will include cleaning and inspecting handheld devices, printers, tills, self-scan units, scales and associated hardware, ensuring equipment remains in good working condition. You will also complete communications room audits, including checking server serial numbers, removing identified Legacy equipment, fitting supplied components, cleaning cabinet areas, creating cabinet maps and capturing photographic evidence. Engineers will be responsible for accurately recording asset information, reporting damaged or unavailable equipment, documenting any access issues and completing all required project reports through the client''s reporting process.
