We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Recovery Facilitator to join our team at the Essex Community Rehabilitation Centre, delivering The Forward Trust''s SHARP Programme.The SHARP Programme is a structured community day rehabilitation programme based on the 12-Step approach, supporting adults aged 18+ affected by drug and alcohol use to achieve sustainable recovery.As a Recovery Facilitator, you will play a key role in helping individuals transform their lives by managing a caseload of service users throughout their recovery journey. You will:Deliver structured daily group programmes and therapeutic interventions based on the SHARP model.Complete comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred SMART care plans.Support service users through the admissions process, working closely with Recovery Workers across the Essex region.Build positive, professional relationships that encourage engagement, motivation and long-term recovery.Maintain accurate records using client information management systems.Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for service users.This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
