• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) plenty of overtime available on site.

Responsibilities:

• Painting and Decorating
• Carpentry - Door hanging
• Basic electrical - lamp/ballast changes
• Assembling furniture
• Basic Plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Fire alarm/door testing
• Grouting & Plastering
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

• Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
• Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating preferred
