The Deputy Manager and SENCo will contribute to the management of the day-to-day operations of Preschool services to deliver high quality, inclusive, childcare, play and learning opportunities for children aged 1-4 years and to fulfil the role of named SENCo for the setting. Your responsibilities will be to work in partnership with the Early Years Lead Practitioner to create and retain a happy and committed staff team, lead them in the creation of a welcoming, stimulating, safe environment, which supports children’s development and well-being, and help develop the foundations for children’s future progress through school and life.As a key member of the management team at the setting, you will work effectively with stakeholders and develop positive relationships with parents/carers.The Package:

To succeed in this role, you will have an appropriate early years qualification at Level 3 or above. You will also have experience managing staff and leading teams in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.You will be a team player with strong leadership and communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with people from all backgrounds, including service users, parents, staff and delivery partners.
