Tailored Recruitment Partners are working with a leading distribution business in Keighley in recruit a Dispatch Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis

The Job

You will assist with dispatch and loading operations.

You will assist to organise staff training and work allocation.

You will oversee order picking, checking, stock rotation and wagon loading.

You will assist with coordinating wagon movements and liaise with Transport, Production and

Customer Services.

You will maintain high standards of hygiene, Health & Safety and accurate record keeping.

The Person

Strong organisational and communication skill

Able to supervise, train and support staff

High attention to detail and order accuracy

Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate records

Knowledge of stock control and stock rotation

Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team

Benefits

4 days per week, over a Monday to Saturday working week.

Approx 40-48 hours per week

-16.59 per hour
