Technical Coordinator

OverviewTechnical Coordinator Fire Safety – Permanent contract, 35 hours per week. Salary: £32,881 - £36,069 (London weighted) or £28,886 - £31,876 (Regional), depending on experience. Grade 6. Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford. Hybrid working pattern: Agile Worker 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from the reporting office/working location.

Provide excellent technical administrative and coordination support.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders.
Be versatile and flexible regarding tasks covered, and willing to work as part of a team.
Deliver a customer-centred, professional and competent approach to all tasks, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Deliver a high-quality service and be passionate about improving building safety.
Assist with locating and providing key building documentation and drawings.
Be aware of related legislation and guidance.
What you’ll bring / Qualifications
Excellent administration skills and ability to organise, plan and prioritise effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of databases and systems; ability to analyse, interpret and deliver detailed information with clarity.
Experience with systems such as Arena is desirable.
Proficiency in the full range of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
