We are currently recruiting Technical Machine Operators to join our client''s growing production team.

The Role

Working within a fast paced manufacturing environment, you''ll be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while helping to maintain high production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Working within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any defects or issues
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the production team to achieve daily output targets
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with site standards
• Carrying out manual handling and lifting duties where required

Working hours:-Sunday 00:00 - 06:00, Monday to Thursday 22:00-06:00.

Pay rate: -15.77 per hour (-13.10 per hour + -2.67 per hour shift rate)

What We''re Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
• Ability to work the required shift patterns, including rotating shifts where applicable
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
