Deputy Authorising Engineer Water Hygiene position at Sesam, Milton Keynes. Up to £55k base salary (negotiable) with a company car allowance and fuel card, strong pension contributions, 25 days holiday, and new tech (laptop and mobile).Role summary: Experienced Legionella Risk Assessor or Account Manager in the water hygiene industry stepping up into a Deputy Authorising Engineer role with a market-leading, global business and a leading position in water compliance. This is a chance to progress to a full Authorising Engineer in the future based on technical knowledge, ambition, and drive.Responsibilities

Join as a Deputy Authorising Engineer, supporting the Authorising Engineer in covering the UK.Assist with reviewing and advising on water hygiene and cooling tower issues, particularly in the healthcare sector.Gain exposure to compliance work in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 and HTM 04-01.Work closely with senior technical and leadership teams while building your expertise.Home-based with regular travel expected to sites throughout the country.Experience Needed

Background in legionella risk assessing, water hygiene compliance, or account management within the water treatment industry.Strong technical knowledge of ACOP L8 and water safety guidance.Desire to progress into a full Authorising Engineer role in the future.Healthcare / HTM 04-01 experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided.Comfortable with national travel.Company Snapshot
