What you''ll be doingDeliver Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2.Plan engaging, practical lessons that prepare learners for work and independent living.Build learners'' confidence, communication, and employability skills.Work alongside Job Coaches and employers to help learners achieve paid employment.Enjoy a dedicated planning day each week. You''ll need a recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above. You might already be an experienced mainstream teacher looking to make a bigger difference by supporting young people with EHCPs.
