MIG / TIG Welders Required!BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7). Preferably experience in Stainless and Aluminium. Working Hours:AM Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00PM Monday - Wednesday: 14:00 - 00:00 and Thursday: 14:00 - 23:30 (Friday Off)Pay: 14 - 18 Depending on Skill LevelMinimum Skills / Experience Required:Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.Positive can-do attitude.
