This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is a great opportunity to lead the full spectrum of commercial and quantity surveying activities on utilities and infrastructure projects for a growing contractor. You will report to the Senior Leadership, and be a key person with autonomy for QS and commercial manager activities, professional judgement and data-driven decision making. The Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Will take ownership of the end-to-end commercial management of energy construction projects, from initial cost planning through to final account. You will provide robust financial oversight, ensure contractual compliance, and drive value for both the business and its clients. Your work will underpin key commercial decisions, mitigate risk, and safeguard margins while supporting project teams with accurate, timely financial information.
